With a round face the goal is length, not width. Draw a contour vertically along the jawline and hairline, then sweep the brush upward to blur the edge. Leave the center of the cheek empty — filling it shortens the face. On dry skin, powder contour catches on flakes, so warm a cream formula on the back of your hand first.
On monolids, the smallest bit of oil makes shadow slide. Press primer thinly across the whole lid and let it set for about thirty seconds. Then tap a white pearl onto the center of the lid with your fingertip — it opens the eye front to back. Stop at the middle third; carrying pearl to the inner corner makes the lid look puffy.
