K DanJang analyzes 32 facial features from a single photo and delivers a personalized K-makeup guide in text and voice, tailored to each day's weather, schedule and condition. It is not a filter that generates or retouches a virtual face — it teaches real K-makeup techniques learned from the know-how of K-makeup artists who have worked with famous celebrities.
The photo itself is never stored on our servers and is analyzed only on your device. It's only securely stored if you separately consent to AI training use in Settings, and it's deleted immediately if you withdraw that consent. Only the diagnosis codes extracted from the analysis are stored with your account — see the Biometric Data Consent for details.

Daily usage varies by plan. You can check each plan's allowance on the Subscription page. Counts reset at midnight local time.
Monthly plans include a 7-day trial and annual plans a 14-day trial (launch promotion, limited time). The trial starts after card registration, and you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage Subscription. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you subscribed through the Google Play or Apple App Store app, please cancel through that store's subscription management menu.
Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No charge if you cancel during the free trial. Tokens are non-refundable as instantly usable digital goods. For exceptional cases such as duplicate charges or service outages, please contact support for individual review.
Tokens are pay-per-use passes you can buy without a subscription. They're valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and combined with any subscription, you can use up to 3 times per day.

In Settings → Update Face Info, you can re-upload a photo and refresh your diagnosis once per calendar month.

No. K DanJang doesn't sell products directly — we only provide links to external retailers.
Deleting your account in Settings erases your personal data, including diagnosis codes, without delay (except payment records we're legally required to keep). If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel it before you can delete your account.
Payments are securely handled by our global payment partner Polar, and international cards are accepted. VAT may be added depending on your country.
