K DanJang Subscription Terms

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

These terms set out the conditions of use for paid subscription products (Basic, Premium) and pay-per-use products (tokens) of the K DanJang service (the "Service"). This document forms part of the Terms of Service.

Table of Contents

Types of Products

1. Subscription products: Offered in two tiers, Basic and Premium, each with a choice of Monthly or Yearly billing cycle.

2. Pay-per-use products (tokens): One-time purchase products offered in units of 10, 25, 50, or 150 uses.

3. Subscription products and pay-per-use products are independent entitlements, and users may hold and use both at the same time.

Service Details by Tier

1. The Basic and Premium tiers provide identical access to all features, including text guides, voice (TTS) narration, and product recommendations.

2. The only difference between the two tiers is the number of daily uses available — Basic offers 1 use per day, and Premium offers 2 uses per day.

3. If a user holds pay-per-use (token) products, tokens are combined with the subscription's daily allowance for a total of up to 3 uses per day (Basic: 1 subscription use + 2 token uses; Premium: 2 subscription uses + 1 token use; without an active subscription, up to 3 uses per day from tokens alone).

4. The daily usage count resets at local midnight (00:00) in the country where the user is located.

Pricing and Billing Cycle

1. Subscription product prices follow those displayed on the Service screen, and may be differentiated by region based on purchasing power in each country.

2. Yearly billing is offered at a discounted price compared to Monthly billing.

3. The Company may change prices after prior notice, and any price change applies only to new payments made after the change. It does not apply retroactively to fees for subscription periods already paid.

Free Trial

1. The Company may offer a free trial period for a user's first subscription. A 7-day free trial applies to Monthly billing products, and a 14-day free trial applies to Yearly billing products.

2. A payment method (such as a card) must be registered in advance to use the free trial.

3. No charges are made during the free trial period. Once the free trial ends, a paid subscription automatically begins unless otherwise cancelled, and the fee is charged to the registered payment method.

4. Free trial promotions (such as launch events) may be offered temporarily for a period determined by the Company, and after a promotion ends, fees may be charged immediately upon sign-up without a free trial.

Automatic Renewal and Billing

1. Unless cancelled by the user, subscriptions automatically renew at each billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly), and the fee is automatically charged to the registered payment method at the time of renewal.

2. The Company will notify the user (such as by email) at least 24 hours before a scheduled payment.

3. If a payment fails, the Company may request that the user update their payment method, and the subscription may be cancelled if payment is not completed within a certain period.

Cancellation

1. Users may cancel their subscription as follows, depending on how they subscribed:

2. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. That is, users may continue to use the Service for the period already paid for as of the time of the cancellation request, and no further payment will be charged after that billing cycle ends.

3. If cancelled during the free trial period, no charge will be made if cancellation occurs before the scheduled end of the free trial.

4. Cancellation does not affect any claims or obligations that have already arisen.

Tier Changes

1. Users may request to change tiers between Basic and Premium, or to switch between Monthly and Yearly billing cycles.

2. The remaining usage period and fee settlement method upon a tier change are governed by the information provided on the Service screen.

Refunds

Details regarding refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
