Effective Date: September 2, 2026
This policy sets out the rules for spaces where users can post and share content, such as My Page, on the K DanJang service (the "Service"). This document forms part of the Terms of Service.
This policy applies to photos, videos, and text ("Posts") that users voluntarily post on My Page and elsewhere. It does not apply to facial photos uploaded for diagnosis (analyzed only on-device, never stored on our servers), which are governed by the Biometric Data Processing Consent.
1. At the time of posting, users may separately choose whether to make their Posts visible to other users and whether to consent to their use in the Company's marketing (including K DanJang Yuna content).
2. This consent is separate from consent to the general Terms of Service, and users may withdraw consent and make their Posts private or delete them at any time.
1. Posts must be content that the user personally photographed or created.
2. Photos and videos generated or edited by artificial intelligence (AI) are prohibited from being uploaded, regardless of whether they are labeled as "AI." Labeling does not make uploading permissible.
3. A user posting AI-generated content as though it were personally photographed or created is considered deceptive conduct, and if discovered, the measures in Article 5 will apply.
4. The Company is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from content posted in violation of this article, including copyright, right of publicity, or defamation claims, and such responsibility rests entirely with the posting user.
Users may not register posts that fall under any of the following:
1. If the Company identifies a post violating Article 4, whether through its own discovery or through reports or inquiries from other users, it may remove the post or suspend or permanently restrict the user's account without prior notice.
2. During the review period, the Company may temporarily restrict access to the relevant post or account.
3. If an account is suspended, subscription fees and tokens will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason or degree of fault.
4. Additional sanctions may apply if a user re-registers with a suspended account or creates a circumvention account.
1. A user who disputes a suspension or removal under Article 5 may file an appeal through the Company's contact (kdanjang@kdanjang.com) within 30 days of the action.
2. The Company will review the appeal and notify the user of the outcome. However, filing an appeal does not guarantee withdrawal of the action or a refund.
The "Monthly Kkot-danjang" marketing campaign separately operated by the Company (in which users post their own photos directly to external social media or the landing page comment section, and the Company does not store such photos) is a separate activity from in-Service Posts governed by this policy.
